What's New in PICO: A Preview of our 2026 Product Roadmap

PICO-WhatsNew2 (1)

Every new feature coming to PICO in 2026 is shaped directly by feedback from our customers and current users—the people building with PICO every day. Their requests have helped us create a cleaner, faster, more intuitive experience that makes assembly manufacturing easier, error-proofing stronger, and process setup more streamlined.

Join Steve Wishau, Head of Product at PICO, for a walkthrough of how these product updates improve daily life for operators and engineers alike—all while giving teams more confidence in every build.

Who Should Watch:

Whether you're already error-proofing with PICO or still evaluating the best systems for your shop floor, join our 30-minute session to see these features in action and get insightful tips on streamlining assembly manufacturing.

Highlighted Features:

  • Smarter Quality Notes that Drive Action: Operators can now leave richer, more configurable quality notes during production, automatically triggering quality workflows by syncing with your QMS—turning real-time feedback into real-time corrective actions.
  • Native Serial Number Generation & Process Logic: Serial number creation, timers, and simple calculations are now built directly into PICO’s digital work instruction action configuration structure. No more custom scripts—engineers get powerful logic tools right inside the UI, making process control straightforward and consistent.
  • Built-In Preventative Maintenance: Track torque tool calibrations and usage-based maintenance intervals—all from within PICO. Automatically validate tools after a certain date or number of rundowns to keep equipment in spec and bad builds off the line.
  • Multi-Language Support for a Global Workforce: PICO now supports multiple languages out of the box, making it easier to run consistent processes across teams, shifts, and facilities—without creating duplicate work.

Plus, we'll announce new system integrations that help close the loop on your factory tech stack, including Genius ERP, Arena, and Jira Service Management.

You won't want to miss it! 🎉
