Yes. The free plan includes access to PICO’s digital work instruction builder, including step-by-step guidance, images, and required acknowledgements that help prevent skipped steps and assembly errors.
The free plan is intended for evaluation and small-scale use. PICO's free digital work instructions is limited to 3 Manager/Admin licenses and 10 Operator/Supervisor licenses per site.
A site refers to a single physical factory location. Site-based pricing allows teams to deploy PICO broadly across a facility without managing a per-station fee.
Pricing for the Professional plan includes $100 per connected station per month in addition to $100 per user per month, up to $1000 per site per month.

In PICO, Admin users can navigate to Settings>Manage Users to add 2 additional Admins and up to 10 Operators. Detailed instructions on how to add users and manage permissions can be found in the Resources section of PICO under Admin>Manage Users. Yes, you can export build data in both Basic and premium plans. To do this, select your process and navigate to the Data tab. In the far right corner, select 'Download CSV'. Build summary PDFs are available for download only in premium plans.
